Global Research has a review written by Scott Loughrey. Obviously I haven't seen the film yet (it opens in the UK in the second week of July), but it does seem that although Moore has attacked the war and made some valid points about 9/11, he has not directly alleged complicity or foreknowledge.

Which is why some people are handing out leaflets at showings of the film telling people where to go to find out more.
