Both these articles seem to cover roughly the same ground and both seem to have resulted from deliberate leaks carried out with the intention of preventing this from happening. So my guess is that such plans might exist but that internal opposition to carrying them out might be very strong. But with the current gang of thugs in Washington, one really doesn't know what might happen. And the election is still looking fairly close.
