Anyone interested in the comments made by Peter Dawes-Huish in this story should perhaps look into the history of the various companies (both extant and extinct) with which he has been involved, and the way in which the extant company continues to trade (under the same name) while the extinct company owes large sums. This is of course quite legal under English law, but morality is a different matter.
