I welcome the openSUSE thing, which I somehow thought was inevitable, and now it's happened.

My only worries are about the total package list, and whether there will be any unfortunate gaps in the freely downloadable version. I think that will become clear very quickly, though.

I installed beta1 this morning, and this time as we can talk about it, it certainly seems to be a lot more stable than 9.3 was at the beta1 stage.

I'll do a comparitive package list as I usually do, but not until exactly what's in and what's not has stabilised.
