The Foreign Secretary has protested over the use of Prestwick airport for the transit of deadly weapons from the US to Israel.

This doesn't mean that Tony Blair is going to stop supporting the Americans' war against humanity: nor does it mean that the Government will stop giving material and moral support to Israel's foul actions in Lebanon.

But it does mean that they have noticed that public opinion is not with them.

Which is one reason why walking through London last weekend, or going to Downing Street on Friday does actually make some difference, however small.
